| A.E.R. Boot |
| Designed
by a physical therapist, the A.E.R. Boot forces air from a chamber beneath the foot to
exert massage-like compression on the ankle and surrounding tissues. Applied
immediately following an ankle injury, it enhances the body's own lymphatic pumping
mechanism to aid in edema reduction. Perfusion rates are greater than exercise or
compression alone. The A.E.R. Boot can be used for full or partial weight bearing,
in a seated position against the floor, or in an elevated position against a wall.
It is designed with inside pockets to accommodate ice of Flexi-Pacs for combination cold
and compression therapy. |

| Mark I Splint |
The Mark I splint is the first rigid splint which can be adjusted to the
exact angle of the limb of joint being immobilized. This means athletic trainers or
coaches can quickly and accurately create a splint shape to match even the most angulated
fracture or dislocation.
The splint employs three hinged members which allows it to pivot or rotate in three
dimensions. Each joint features a positive locking device which holds the splint
securely in the desired shape. Joints can be articulated in precise 100 increments
so the splint can be used in rehabilitation.
Big on performance, the Mark I splint is compact in size. The regular-size model
folds to 12-1/2" x 4-3/8" x 3", small enough to fit in a Cramer deluxe
Fanny Pack. A larger size is available for athletes taller than six feet, six
inches. |
