An all-expense party at your school in your honor – including signage, a special dessert to be served during lunch for students and teachers and healthy treats to giveaway in your office.
A corsage and bouquet of flowers.
Gift bags filled with health-themed products for distribution to your students, courtesy of MBM’s suppliers.
A photo of you and your celebrating students in the 2000 MBM School Nurse catalog.
Media announcements in local and school nurse publications.

Daytime telephone number, fax number, e-mail address and the best time to reach you.
Tell us – in 100 words or less – why you became a school nurse and what you feel is your most important contribution to your school’s kids and your biggest reward for being a school nurse.
Entries must be received by September 30, 1999.

Rules: Entries must be postmarked no later than 9/30/99. Only one entry per nurse, per school. There will be one (1) Grand Prize winner randomly selected from all entries received and two (2) runners-up. Odds of winning depend upon number of entries received. Employees of Micro Bio-Medics, their families, agencies and suppliers are not eligible. Void where prohibited. Entries become the property of MBM. Winners grant permission to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes. Grand Prize party must be held between 10/15/99 and 11/15/99. No cash substitutions.
